The 50-Minute Hour $60 In and out in an hour. This session is designed for someone looking for a great overall massage, or a massage with some specific work in one area. After the initial session, there will be no consultation included, getting you in and out with 50 minutes of bodywork. You can fit it in your lunch hour!
1-Hour Session Single session or First Appointment $80 Regular Clients $70 This session is designed for a full 60 minutes on the table plus time for a consultation. Even after your initial session, expect to spend about an hour and fifteen minutes. You will have plenty of time to ask questions about your session and even linger on the table. I will provide self-care suggestions, such as stretches, to use between sessions. Discounts are given for more frequent sessions because it is easier to work on you if you are receiving regular work with me!
1 1/2-Hour Session Single session or First Appointment $110 Regular Clients $95 This session is designed for someone needing more time or more specific work. It is a full 90 minutes on the table plus time for a consultation. This is the way to go for more advanced bodywork, like deep, structural work or visceral manipulation. Even after your initial session,expect to spend about an hour and forty-five minutes. You will have plenty of time to ask questions about your session and even linger on the table. Iwill provide self-care suggestions, such as stretches, to use betweensessions. Discounts are given for more frequent sessions because it iseasier to work on you if you are receiving regular work with me!
2-Hour Session Single session or First Appointment $150 Regular Clients $130 This session is designed for someone needing even more time or more specific work. It is a full 120 minutes on the table plus time for a consultation.All the same good stuff described above!
1/2-Hour Session Regular Clients ONLY $45 This session is designed for regular clients needing specific work, such as a neck, back and shoulder session. It is 30 minutes on the table plus time for a consultation.
Reiki Only 1-Hour Session $70
1-Hour Session $80 The initial session includes a complementary 30-minute consultation and will flow directly into the body of the work. After the initial visit, the sessions last approximately 60-75 minutes. Although we will put together a plan for your sessions, each session is tailored to meet your needs at the time.
1 1/2-Hour Session $90 This option is for when you would like a little longer sessions following your initial visit.
Personal NLP Meditation Tape $150 Take your coaching with you! When you want personalized support between sessions, this option allows you to have a mediation tape specially made for you. This option includes a 1-hour consultation, a 30-45 minute taped mediation mailed two-day delivery. (Recording NOT to be used while driving or doing anything else.)
Telephone Counseling $20/15 minutes Clients are entitled to 5-minute telephone check-ins. Counseling by phone, beyond 5 minutes, is charged at $20 per 15 min.
